Bio

Charlie Tolbert is an Atlanta native scenic painter, digital artist, theatre technician and avid cat lover, now based in Chicago, IL. She received her BFA in Theatre Design & Technology from Columbus State University, located in Columbus, GA. She has worked with various theaters across Georgia, such as: Georgia Ensemble Theatre & Conservatory, The Atlanta Lyric, The Atlanta Opera, Orbit Arts Academy, and most recently, the Springer Opera House.
